By accessing our public pages, using our self-guided service recommendation selector, or logging into the HICO Command Center portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these operational Terms of Use.
2. Professional Consulting Limits
HICO provides organizational consulting, administrative operations support, security assessments, and management workflows. HICO's outputs do not constitute formal legal advice. Clients must evaluate policy compliance in partnership with their designated legal and regulatory compliance counsel.
3. Client Portal Usage Rules
Access to the Command Center requires active subscriber credentials or active project scope engagement. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and verifying that employees do not upload classified, critical secret materials outside of agreed boundaries.
4. Intellectual Property
HICO's proprietary frameworks, process designs, and assessment logic remain the sole property of Hybrid Intelligence Co. Customized policies and workflows generated for specific clients during paid engagements become the client's operational property upon final payment settlement.
