We've built a global security, privacy, and AI governance program from the ground up at a fast-scaling technology company — taking the organization to SOC 2 and GDPR compliance, and aligning controls with ISO 27001, CCPA, and international data privacy standards. We architected an AI governance framework against the EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and NIST AI RMF, then took it further: designing and running a company-wide AI enablement program that brought employees, not just policy documents, into the process.
Earlier, we led security and compliance assessments across NIST 800-53, SOC 2, and FedRAMP for a global enterprise technology firm, and built vendor risk review programs that cut turnaround time from weeks to days.
HICO exists because we've seen, firsthand, the gap between a governance policy that looks good in a folder and one that actually changes how people work day to day.
Our team holds a Master's degree in Cybersecurity and brings 10+ years of experience across security operations, compliance, risk, and program management.
